鎖匙金

簡稱匙金。實際上即係「租約#頂手 費」。二戰後香港人口膨脹，租金大幅上升令市民一屋難求，由於有#租務管制 限制業主加租，為討回市價差額，業主用各種名目向租客收取金錢，其中一種就係鎖匙金，意即業主幫租客配鎖匙嘅費用。 (Key money. A kind of "lease transference fee".
