豎排

陳寅恪是我國20世紀最負盛名的歷史學家，同時他也被視為是中國文化托命之人。其在生前曾要求自己的著作必須以繁體豎排的形式出版，此後出版界一直遵循此意不出簡體字版作品。

Chen Yingke is the most prestigious historian in 20ᵗʰ-century China. He is also considered the man who continued the lifeblood of Chinese culture. When he was alive, he requested that his works be published in vertical Traditional Chinese, so the publishing world respected his wishes and never published his works in Simplified Chinese.
