有用過iPhone的用戶也會知道，如果好像下圖般，iOS取得了軟件更新的資訊，便會每天提醒你升級，「煩過梵蒂岡」。

Users who have used the iPhone before would know if, like in the picture below, iOS got information for a software update, it would remind you everyday to upgrade; it's "more annoying than the Vatican".

不知幾多次，你總是無法明白為何她常常將一些芝麻綠豆的小事「不想放大只想放大被放大」，破壞當下的甜蜜狀態，於你眼中這完全是莫名其妙、無理取鬧和鑽牛角尖，簡直煩過梵蒂岡。

Don't know how many times it's been, but you just can't understand why she keeps magnifying these petty things, destroying the current sweet state. In your eyes, this is completely baffling, making a fuss out of nothing and splitting hairs; it's an utter nuisance.

每次項目會議，上司總是先例行闡明「三個原則」，而且每講完一點都要重複強調，彷彿怕大家沒聽到似的，也讓心急的Emma很不耐煩，覺得他「煩過梵蒂岡」。

Every time there was a project meeting, the boss would first routinely expound upon "the three principles", and every time he finishes a point, he would repeatedly emphasize the point, as if he's afraid people didn't hear him. This also makes the hasty Emma quite impatient, thinking that he's "more annoying than the Vatican".
