車仔麪

一種香港料理，源自20世紀中，流動小販用架木頭車賣麪，上面放咗幾種麪同配料，如豬紅、豬腸、白蘿蔔、牛腩、魚蛋等等畀客人買，即叫即煮；而家已經冇流動小販隨街賣麪，車仔麪成為餐廳嘅一種菜式，而且配料花款亦都多好多（量詞：碗） (cart noodle, a unique Hong Kong cuisine originating from mid-20th-century, street vendors used wooden carts to cook noodles on the street, various kinds of noodles and toppings were available, eg: pork blood cubes, pork intestines, daikon radish, beef briskets and fishballs. Nowadays, there is no more illegal noodle wooden cart on the street, instead, cart noodles becomes a dish widely available in restaurants, with wider range of delicious toppings)
